This policy explains what information Nexora Academy handles and why.

Information we collect

• Google sign-in: when you join, we receive your name, Gmail address and profile picture from Google.
• Profile: the username and photo you choose during profile setup.
• Learning activity: your course enrollments, lesson progress, task submissions, uploaded files and instructor feedback.
• Messages: messages you post in lesson discussions and the members' chat room.

How we use it

To run your account, give you access to assigned courses, track your progress, review your tasks, send in-app notifications and keep the community safe. We do not sell your personal information.

Public visitors and analytics

Anyone can read our Learning Hub articles without an account. If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics to count anonymous visits to public pages, only after you accept cookies. Member areas, messages, submissions and contact details are never sent to analytics.

Advertising

Advertising is currently not active. If we later show Google AdSense ads on public articles, Google may use cookies to show ads, only after your consent. You can learn more at Google's "How Google uses information from sites that use our services" page.

Storage and security

Account data and private files are stored with our hosting provider and protected by access rules, so members can only see their own private data and staff see only what they need.
